I’m so annoyed with myself . Do not buy from this company . should have read the Trustpilot reviews before o purchased. The website and contacts led me to believe the company was uk based. Instead they are in China. I’ve had a delay on reviving my order. 2 weeks and counting . They were promised in 3-5 working days . Communication has been so poor. Hey ho . I lived and learn. Hope this helps anyone else thinking about making an order. Update : So my order arrived , they are ok but not leather as far as I can tell , roughly packaged and tbh really a Primark quality not what the adverts suggest .
As I wrote previously (see 'The second Pair scheme'), they pretend to be British, sell substandard products, and do not allow returns. They replied to my post, stating that it is not true and that they would contact me to resolve the issue. How? Will they become British? Do they have a British return address, as they state on their parcel? Yes, they contacted me endlessly: they proposed to me a 10% money return instead of 30% previously offered, and they are bombarding me with endless propositions to buy from them again. Also, they state that they are British on this Trustpilot website! Pay attention: nothing has changed. Also, you could find many pages, like "Chloe', 'wearchloe', many of them. Try to investigate. I am very impressed by the incredible impudence of these people.
I ordered some casual Mary janes on 15th July and have waited almost 3 weeks to receive them, They were definitely not worth the wait.... They arrived in a plastic bag with no receipt or note, they were squashed as a result and they are far from what I expected. They aren't leather from what I can tell, some sort of coated cardboard with some sort of foam sole and the chemical smell is overwhelming. I'm so disappointed - I paid £59.99 and they are just terrible. According to the website I now have to return them at my own cost (£20) plus a restocking fee (£15) will be deducted from the refund which will leave me with £24. I'm really saddened that there are companies out there that think that this sort of quality is acceptable at all. I wouldn't recommend at all!
If you think this is high quality shoes, you are absolutely wrong. This is a warning for you from a customer going through so much pain trying to return back the bad quality shoes for a full refund which never happened. This is China shoes and delivery is about 14 days + read the return policy, is awful. Do not be stupid, they worked on good pictures, that's it.
I began to 'smell a rat' about this company once the 'delivery within 7 days' timescale elapsed - I have requested my bank look into a scam as I have been duped by China-based 'UK retail companies before.I have yet to receive the sandals ordered - I actually don't want to. AVOID THIS SITE - SCAM!Currently settling a return dispute with them since August 2025.As other comments state, from the website you are not aware that the products come from China.They are not worth the offer prices, let alone the full price. Shoes come packaged squashed together in bubble wrap.If you request a refund they will try to put you off from doing so by making several offers of discount, each increasing in discount value.I persisted with a return only to find out I had to ship it to China, certainly not a European location like where they are headquartered.Upon receiving notification that my package had reached China Customs, it was several months of my chasing Customer Services. They have informed me that the package has been in Clearance, this since August.They have initiated a refund but after deducting around 45% of my purchase cost. This was for Customs fees + vat incurred on the return - but I'm challenging this because they've not been able to provide the receipt for this charge. It seems they have deducted an arbitrary amount even though my package has still not cleared customs.AVOID THIS SITE!
I wouldn’t even give them one star. The company is a sham - sending products that are nothing like their photos or descriptions. The shoes I ordered were supposed to be leather, but were clearly cheap plastic and the sling backs didn’t buckle up. Don’t buy anything from this company - they are ripping off UK customers and probably worldwide. They are conning us.
