DO NOT BUY!! I have never come across such flagrant misselling. When the shoes finally arrived they were plastic rather than ‘luxury leather’ a different colour from the images advertised and look like a completely different shoe of a significantly lower quality than the ones featured on the website. The ‘easy returns’ promised is a sham. Returns are to China and cost almost as much as the shoes themselves because of ‘handling charges’ and taxes and there is an explicit warning that goods may be held up or lost at customs thus preventing any refund. Eventually they stop replying to emails and don’t send details of how to return goods! They don’t deserve even a one star rating.
Deserves to be sued.This “company” is nothing but a scam dressed up with a slick website pretending to be British. In reality, they sell plastic shoes that wouldn’t even pass at a bargain market stall. Sadly, I didn’t check reviews before handing them £54.When the parcel arrived, it was worse than I imagined: wrong colour, definitely not leather, not even a convincing imitation — just a laughable knock-off. I emailed to return them and request a refund. Their reply? A classic scammer’s script: “We’ll give you 10% back” and the old excuse about colours looking different “due to computer settings.” Please.I’ll pursue every possible channel, legal included, to shut this sham down so others don’t get conned.I’ve already filed a complaint with my bank, and if this isn’t resolved, I won’t stop pursuing it. I’ll make sure to leave negative reviews across all platforms, and I suggest you do the same. It’s unacceptable to advertise quality and deliver rubbish instead!
So I ordered a pair of brown Urban leather Mary Jane’s, thinking they were a UK based business and realised that they had shipped from China. They took two and a bit weeks to arrive. I didn’t expect the shoes to be leather, even with the title as they were described as soft and bendy. Maybe my bar was low but I really like them. They look vintage and a little worn. They are VERY comfortable. My foot is quite wide and I have no issue with these. I’m going to be wearing these a lot in the Autumn.
Faux leather shoes with wrong UK size and 20 quids return charge.I'm dissappointed. The shoes are 1 size smaller, done from looks like leather plastic, has plastic smell.Return or exchange size are too comlicated and you'll pay for it. Only one plus is: they are really soft.These faux leather shoes didn't worth money as a real leather.
Disappointing First Order ExperienceAfter a 14-day wait, I received my first order from this company, but it was a major letdown. The shoes arrived in a plain white plastic bag with bubble wrap, lacking the expected shoe box. Worse, they didn’t resemble the images or description on the website and Instagram. Instead of the loafers I ordered, they felt like cheap plastic slippers, with a terrible odor. At £79, this quality and misrepresentation are unacceptable. I’m very disappointed and have requested a refund, hoping for a hassle-free process. I advise others to be cautious and verify details before ordering.
I'd give no stars if I could.DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.As others have said, although purports to be a UK company, delivery is from China and took 3 weeks. The shoes were too small (I'm usually v standard size 5). The website tells you not to return to the senders address. I'm currently on email number 4 trying to find where to send the return. They clearly want to a) avoid returns presumably because they're actually based in China and b) run down the return period so they can refuse to refund me. They keep offering money off future orders (as if!)Really annoyed with myself for not researching more before I bought from them. I hope you learn from my experience & have nothing to do with them.
I ordered these shoes in good faith, knowing the price I was paying was top of my range for good quality shoes, on sale.The shoes looked lovely in the photoes and I ordered two pairs for me and one for my sister, as a gift. I placed my order over five weeks before I travelled, to make sure I'd receive the shoes in good time to take to my sister abroad. The shoes did not arrive before I left, after emailing the company a number of times to check on this and other issues ( shoe sizes, which was not resolved to my piece of mind). When I came back from my holiday and saw the shoes, I realised I had been scammed. The shoes with buckles on did not have real buckles, they had a piece of velcro stitched on, and badly stitched on, at that! The 'comfy' pairs that had stitched soles in the photos, had not actually been stitched, but glued on. One pair was not even finished properly, with a line of plastic glued on in the inside surrounding the shoe. The laces that came with them are horribly cheap and the colour doesn't match. The suede on the top of two pairs seems soft, but the workmanship is terrible, for that price. I may have bought the best finished pair for £15 at a market stall, maybe, but for the £59 to £69 I spent on each of these pairs of shoes, it's a rip-off and a scam. I suggest Trustpilot stops working with them unless they refund each pair to us unhappy customers, fully. These companies need to be illegal, enough of us have been robbed!!
