Beware of this shop! The shoe is not worth for this price!They said the shoe can be delivered within 7-10days but it arrived almost a month later with a poor plastic packing ! The shoe has a strong smell and bad fabric that I doubt it is authentic leather? Finally, the shoe is shipping from China
Do not buy. The shoes were cheap, the wrong colour, and the wrong size. I had to email backwards and forwards to be able to return and then had to send back to China (at their request) recorded delivery. They still haven’t refunded my money even though they have emailed to say they will refund £69.99, instead they have refunded £5.95 twice. A frustrating experience. Personally I wouldn’t believe any positive reviews.
Id like to dissuade anyone from buying from these, i wish id checked Trustpilot first but they have such a professional website, they are very convincing. The delivery took ages and when they did arrive shoes did not fit, nor was there a working buckle. I have been attempting to claim a refund however they are offering discounts on alternatives which i don't want. They now say return shipping is £20, plus 25% taxes and a replenishing charge. I'll attempt to get a refund from my credit card. Fingers crossed.
Ordered two pair of shoes , on arrival they were huge at least two sizes too big and the quality was horrendous .Only then realised after corresponding with the company that returning to china was made impossible by cost and taxes , goodbye £140 .And lesson learned.
Body:I recently purchased two pairs of shoes from your website order upon receiving them, I was very disappointed to find that they don’t match the description. The shoes were advertised as leather but they’re made of plastic and the overall quality is very poor with visible glue and badly finish seams. As the items are not as described and requesting a full refund for my order. They never replied to my complaint. Never buy from this company!
Don’t believe the positive reviews, I think they are fake. The shoes you receive are awful quality and look cheap. Don’t buy from them, definitely a Chinese cheap manufacturer posing as a high quality retailer. Also good luck trying to get a refund. Trust me, avoid this website at all cost.
Shoes that arrived were not as advertised. They were a completely different shape, made from a different material, had a different strap and different heel. Quality was very poor, nothing like the premium looking website. When I emailed for a refund with photographic evidence of how I’d been misled, the company disagreed and refused to cover the return fees. Luckily I paid on credit card and they are pursuing the refund on my behalf.
