Review Time
Spent over £100 on shoes (didn't research the brand before hand silly me!) and when they arrived, they came in a plastic bag, no box, invoice, or branding. The stench from that horrible plastic smell was unimaginable, and the "leather" was very thin and soft, so even if it is real leather (the leather mark was nowhere to be seen) I doubt it will last more than a month or two of wear. I have asked for a return but after reading these reviews, I feel I've now fallen for a cleverly worded bluff, and lost over a hundred pounds. Don't be like me! For a company that says they only ship to the UK, they should at least work with a UK warehouse to provide local returns.
*Update: The company have not offered a refund despite them replying to this review that they have.I don’t consider buying another pair at half price a refund!The shoes looked as advertised but were too small.They didn’t smell like leather and were not branded as leather.I requested a return and was offered a replacement pair and to keep the shoes if I paid a further €12.I requested a refund again and was offered 50% off a replacement pair and a 10% refund.The shoes cost £58 so I do not want a £5.80 refund and to pay for more shoes!
Do not buy any item from this company. I did not do any due diligence and made a purchase after seeing an item on instagram. The shoes took ages to arrive and were poorly made and the smell of plastic when unwrapped was incredible. I doubt these item were made of leather. I am currently in an ongoing contract to try and get an address to get a return agreed. I get offers to get a part refund and a big discount of future purchases. It’s quite annoying. As this company is based overseas in China if you buy from the UK you consumer protection rights are non existent. Whilst my purchase was only £70 it’s still super annoying to have fallen victim to a scam operation that selling poor quality products and will resist offering any refund. It would cost a fortune to take legal action in China to be able to recover my money. I normally avoid purchasing items from Chinese shops so can only blame stupidity at being duped via instagram.
This is yet another fraudulent retail company advertising on Facebook, that should be banned. They con you into believing that you’re buying good quality leather shoes at sale prices, but they’re cheap fakes. We all deserve a full refund, and the company should either be honest about their products or cease trading. What happened to consumer rights?
To be honest, I was very afraid of not getting my shoes at all or them being not like in the photo, and I am very happy to tell you that I did receive them and they are just BEAUTIFUL!Plus the leather is SO SOFT!I truly love my shoes and will order another pair (different style)My only suggestion to other customers is, if your feet is a bit on the big side (i.e. I am a size 5 but my feet are wide) go one size up.Mine fit perfectly and because the leather is so soft, is not a problem, but in other styles I might not be that lucky hence suggesting to go a size up.But like I said, they are just beautiful!One more thing, don't let the packaging ruin your experience. The truth is that the shoes arrive in a very basic packaging (basically bubble wrapped in a plastic bag) but the quality of the shoes is not impacted by this so, don't let this spoil it for you!
