Ship from China (not clear from website) with significant delays. Very poor quality and on wanting to return they claim a "return shipping of approximately £20, 15% restocking fee and 20–25% customs fee (if applicable)". Very defensive communication. DO NOT BUY.
Chloe & Liam * SCAM * SCAM * SCAM* that’s £60 down the toilet! The shoes are utter trash - not leather just some terrible plastic. They don’t even look like the picture. I actually feel like an idiot for falling for this. Have emailed to tell them that the shoes are rubbish and I want a refund but reading the other reviews I’m not hopeful. Avoid at all cost!
Have felt very disappointed in my dealings with this company, too late realised they are not UK based and that the whole thing is dodgy. Order took a long time to arrive with poor communication from customer service. Items of very poor quality. Returns process poorly described on website, it’s been an absolute nightmare trying to get a refund. Currently my returns are stuck in Chinese customs and I suspect they will remain there and that I won’t get anything of my £100+ refund. Feeling a right mug for getting taken in by this company who are not what they claim to be and will do everything possible not to refund customers.
ordered 3rd August. shipped 12 August, Arrived 20 August. shoes arrived in BUBBLE WRAP NOT A SHOEBOX!!! Ordered a size UK 40 which are more like a UK 38 at best. And website says customer pays postage costs despite clearly not being a true UK 40! . No response to my written request 36 hours ago to initiate return. Avoid. I'll be claiming back through credit card
I bought a pair of shoes from the website and when they arrived they were too small, and importantly they bore no resemblance to the advertising image on the website. They were very cheap and badly made. I requested that I return the shoes for a full refund on this basis, though the company has refused, saying that they can only offer 20%, which they justify by being in China.
I ordered and paid £59.99 on 5.8.25,for what I believed would be a quality pair of shoes. They arrived in a bag on 16.8.25. They are plastic, have false buckles and are about 1” too long for size 5 ordered. This poor standard is not acceptable. My main concern is that I cannot find an email address for this company that they will respond to for a REFUND.
