My wife had a bery disapointing…

My wife had a bery disapointing experience with this provider over the last two days.She called as part of a process required to clarify her identity applying for a credit cardDuring 3 attempts she was simply told: we cant find the country of your passport (Philippines) how is it spelled… she told them either with PH… or F…. The staff replied we dont have this! Please search for a other provider and hang up on her! This happened three times…The staff was rude and far from helping or even trying to assist of finding a solution, really shocking
