Great experience with Mohammed, he was very patient and friendly:) i was very lucky to have him as my video caller. I had trouble with understanding how the process is done but he explained everything to me again a few times, while smiling and being patient. 5 stars for himmm
I had to make 3 calls to make a verification. First lady just ended the call as soon she saw my face. Second one talked Very rude and intimidating and dropped call as I was telling phone number. The third one was ok but not great either.
