The Agent was rude and impatient

The Agent was rude and he was saying “Don’t you understand?”. He had a sarcastic tone throughout the call. And all of a sudden he hung up by saying “Make more practice and call again”. So impatient!!!! The identity verification of the process was so complicated. He said me to go a lighter place. Then he said there are shadows on my Pass, although the view was great! So pity that I need to call them again :(

Extremely customer unfriendly

Only the 5th employee was willing to complete the process with me. The first 4 just canceled the call when they could not read the passport blaming me for the poor quality. Rediculous!

Rude and impatient staff

Rude and impatient staff, and the process is so insanely clunky and broken that its just a waste of time.And no, its cloudy, I cant magically summon more natural light.There is also no reason to use this over EU eID. And on top of that there are dozens of better identification solutions. I give this company 3 more years at most, they are technologically like 5 years behind.And they obviously buy good reviews, they got 70 5 star reviews in the past 10 months. Doesnt quite add up with 40000 total 5 star reviews.
