They hung up on me randomly

They hung up on me randomly, most of them have no patience and are rude. I tried many times, always a different person and always the same bad attitude. The next employee will ask the same questions and then simply hang up

Very rude person, no explanation

Very rude person. Explained nothing, I couldn't see anything other than a black screen And then it just said identification was unsuccessful. No explanation. This just really sucks!The whole process from start (with Deutsche bank in the beginning and no way to reach anyone english speaking there) to this fiasco. What a complete waste of time. And I am forced to go through with this again!

Worse identification company

Worse identification company. 1. It says 2 minutes but took 30 minutes until a representative was with me2. Representatives do not speak english, in which case they just hang on you without notice and you have to wait 20 minutes again3. Even after all process was completed, last step was to get a verification code to my phone at which step the app crashed, and I had to do all the process all over again - the representatives can't continue from the last checkpoint you made progress to
