They scammed me by automatically subscribing me to a monthly subscription of 4 coins per month (£28.99), when I only originally wanted 1 coin (approx £5) as a one off payment. They did this without my knowledge and it is disgusting, they are only going to ruin their reputation by continuing doing this.update (29/02/2025): They are now adding an extra £30.00 admin fee for the coins and have sent a debt letter as I have refused to pay and have threatened legal action against me if I do not comply. I will end up paying this because it is not worth the hassle but it now adds up to £58.99 and I will definitely not be purchasing from this company ever again. I recommend nobody ever waste their time and money on these people as they are a sly and scummy "company."
I signed up for a 1-year subscription which was then quietly extended several times without any information to the subscribers beforehand. I asked several times how many more coins would be sent out, as I did not want to end up with an incomplete collection. I was then told there would be another 4 deliveries which I accepted, even though I wasn't happy. But then it was extended again, and again until I finally had enough and cancelled. But now I am still receiving payment reminders about allegedly unpaid deliveries (which aren't the case!) and can't seem to solve this problem. The customer service is an absolute joke and I can only recommend to not use this company! I will certainly never order from them ever again.
