I find this company to be one of the best for collecting my coins. Easy to order from and my coins always arrive in excellent condition. I had a query about a subscription and it was answered by email a couple of days later. When new coins are available I get a speedy update and can pick and choose whatever I want without the constant emails some other companies use. So many thanks to all at The Westminster Collection for a fab experience. 🤗🤗
Feel I have been totally midsold, ordered 1 coin for a special birthday and have signed up to a subscription unknowingly! It isn’t clear and I even removed my bank details from the account and they have taken further payments! Really not happy in total another £60 has been taken and just before Christmas! I wish I had taken the time to read the reviews before my initial order 😡
Dreadful service. Just use Royal Mint. I purchased Christmas presents a few weeks ago and thought it had been a while so checked the status of my orders, only to find nothing was there. I have an order confirmation email so definitely placed it. I contacted customer services and forwarded this and got a reply saying my order hasn't gone through. Just place it again. No effort to resolve or real apology. Just stating that it didn't go through. This is not a functioning company.
