Great service when you speak to a human, website has issues, with input of postcode does not work, also when agreed valuation and they want my bank details this does not work. However when speaking directly to a human on the phone very helpful and pleasant. The chap who collected my bike was also very friendly and chatty. So really a good service if you miss out the web pages. Phone direct if you can
Sold my bike to these people and they whole experience was quick and dealt with reasonably easily. My only complaint is that the valuation was low and I mean very low and I can now see my bike for sale on their site at over £1.6k more than they paid me. Whilst I understand you need to make a profit there's making profit and fleecing people and this comes under the latter.
From valuation to collection. No silly offers when the collector arrived. Banksy was great, did the appraisal, loaded the bike. Chose not to pay the £30 fee for same day, which I thought was a bit steep. So waiting for 4 days for money. But in fairness, the whole thing was professional and easy. Highly recommend. It helped tge bike was in great condition, and I didn't lie about what it came with.
The process was pretty straightforward if the offer was low for the condition of the bike. Given the age of the bike the inspection was thorough, but I suspect they are looking for a two year old bike for a bike 10 times that age (aren’t we all). That said I accepted the offer. The collection was painless and the guy was very genuine. Dealing with the office were always polite s as nd professional.
