Review Time
Unfortunately they didn't collect today as arranged. Apparently someone in the office had since decided that they couldn't pay what we agreed on their valuation confirmed verbally, by text and email so had cancelled the collection without letting me know. I only found out when I called them about 3.15 today having waited in all day. Obviously there will be some happy customers but this was my experience today. The guy on the phone was very apologetic I must add.
Ricardo was open & friendly, explained process and after all checks I initially decided not to accept the offer, but after some time to reflect appreciated the slightly lower price and contacted Ricardo who despite now being in a different town was willing to come back and complete the purchase.It was because of how Ricardo operated was the reason I changed my mind
Very good experience. Curtis kept in touch on the day, letting me know when he expected to arrive to see the bike. Everything was so easy to do, he explained what he was going to do and when I could expect payment. Very quick and straightforward. Thank you. 👍
