I was admiring these watches online, especially the Fire Exit but was concerned about the size. Being a smallish female with small wrists, I wasn't sure I could pull it off. So I was extremely excited to see them in person at Windup Watch Fair last month. Getting to meet Jonny and talk watches was a bonus! I enjoyed the knowledge and personal attention when choosing my first William Wood watch. I am absolutely in love with my Fire Exit. It's definitely the most fun watch I own. Back home after NY, everyone I've shown it to has been impressed and a little envious of it too. It is a great watch and a great company. I will be looking to add to my Fire Exit watch case with another model in the near future!
I purchased the Extinguisher Watch at the Windup Watch Fair in NY in 2025. Jonny was very informative, friendly, and passionate about the brand and made it a very smooth purchasing process. The watch arrived early! I love the watch and the straps, it’s extremely comfortable and the dial is beautiful! My friends and I all thought the designs were unique and definitely worth adding to our collections.
I rarely write reviews, but felt my stellar experience with William Wood Watches, and CEO Jonny Garrett, in particular, deserves the right acknowledgement. I ordered the Oxygen watch for my husband as a surprise anniversary gift, and was concerned about delivery of an expensive item while I was not home. Jonny answered every question within five minutes, and even walked me through the process for delivering to a UPS access site. I am thrilled with my purchase, and cannot offer a greater endorsement for this company and its customer service.
