The entire concept of the William Wood watch collection intrigued me from the start but when you actually take delivery the quality of not just the Watch but the packaging is so well Thought oit. the detail is amazing then the Watch itself beautifully done all the way down to the blue tint on the dial face I've got a number of watches and must say this far surpasses the workmanship in how the attention to detail and you can feel that the love of the owner of the company dedicated to his grandfather has made sure that when the Watch was made all the little elements that reflect the fire service or captured down to the finest detail
I already knew the watches were beautiful, but what I didn’t expect having sent a query by email was a personal response from the CEO, who was both incredibly helpful and very kind.I would happily buy another William Wood watch, happy to support a British brand with great customer service.

I received my Triumph Heat Edition watch today (11/12/25) and I am absolutely blown away with the level of quality and detail in the presentation. Having served 18 years in the UK fire service I was drawn to William Wood Watches as they capture many aspects of service operations whilst paying respect to it's founder.Thank you so much for my beautiful watch, this will be for special occasions and worn proudly with pride.I would definitely recommend this product to any watch enthusiast, past or serving members of the fire service.
Great communication from initial enquiry and throughout. Presentation on delivery was lovely, great box to open. Watch is fantastic and the additional straps give me the opportunity to make the watch look different for any occasion. After leaving the Fire service with 12 years service this was the watch for me and I wasn't disappointed, in fact I want another one now.
This has been my favourite company to work with and I’ve bought a lot of watches. The watch itself is beautiful, reassuringly heavy and the extra detail is lovely. The case is wonderful too, Jonny included an extra strap for my partner who is a firefighter. I actually had to return the watch due to my partner having some extreme experiences at his work which has given him ptsd but I wouldn’t hesitate to buy from them in the future. Jonny was wonderful to work with and really personable. I would 100% recommend this company, you will not regret it.
I have always worn a Garmin smartwatch, however over the past year or so I have found myself very interested in mechanical timepieces and have researched many brands. I am very happy to have found William Wood Watches and chosen to begin my collection with your watches. I reached out via the WhatsApp support chat and Tom was able to make a couple suggestions based on wrist size on what would work best for me based on the pieces I was considering. I am happy to report that he was spot on! The pieces are fantastic!
