SCAM!Don’t use, I missed my payment due to changing bank details, called them up straight away to change them. Changed them over only to realise they took £85. They charged me £40 for a late payment fee. Ridiculous. I have been waiting for WEEKS for a bin collection and I have multiple smelly bins stinking everything out waiting to be collected. STAY AWAY
What an absolute joke! This company are also trading as another fail to inform you of key terms and conditions, take loads of money out of my bank account.. when questioned and asked if they record their telephone calls ask them to play them back to provide proof of misleading at the point of sale they refuse. Ask them how long is a contract (no contract signed or terms sent to email address) they refuse. Asked for a SAR & contacted the FOS who advised this company is not regulated like most businesses.. I asked them how much is the cancellation fee.. £600.. £600 for what?? So at the POS no key terms were advised (like you get with going into contract over the telephone) therefore I only made my decision on the 12.11.25 to go ahead.. now they want £600??? No contract was sent via email afterwards.. so what contract? If all calls are recorded their end surely that’s sufficient to prove our case?? I’ve recorded my calls to them as proof from our end..
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!I signed the collection for 12 months which I never had to used and told them serval times I did not need their services but will still pay the 12 months. Now after the 12 month I’m getting harassed on a daily basis saying they signed me up to another 12 month contract because I didn’t do the correct procedure to cancel when I told the several times. It’s an absolute disgrace of a company. Harassed me constantly with threats. Please just stay away
They miss pick ups. My favorite this year, our trash was suppose to be picked up this past Saturday now they saying it will be picked up this coming Friday. It is poor business ethics to keep charging people for the extra week when you didn’t get the pick up as paid. If they would prorate people for that missed pick up I would be fine. I have called and they said nope. Terrible company.
I'm warting about halo waste I have ordered from them container for west nut they cost me 3 times they said it's over loaded but I asked them to check it before they came and I have send them pick when they came they change Thier mind so I would say they not working for collection west collections money they west my time plus money still the issue nor resolved trust pilot I'm asking with all due respect to give them 0 Star ⭐ they are rude as well to communicate with. Customer so I would say shit west collections lest get the down 👇👎 those kind of limited we don't need them life becomes hard and they makes worse so trusting pilots I will leave it to you
Would give zero stars, fraudulently charged my account 100s of dollars and when I called to resolve the issue the representative named Meloney laughed at me for wanting a refund; a refund anyone would rightfully want especially since my account was up to date on auto pay. Buyer beware unfortunately I was forced to contract with them due to my residential area only allowed them as a provider but they are a joke of company truly trash.
Waste Management bought our local container service and I can not sync my account to pay online.Customer support is an AI agaent blocking ANY real people from being able to help me.I have spent the past two hours fighting just to try and pay a bill... this is rediculous
I should have read these awful reviews before I signed up with WM. Subscribed with them on our move in week but did not get the garbage bin delivered after 2 weeks so we missed 2 collection weeks. I thought I give them a chance to recover - but I should have not. They will not even pick up the top piece of our ikea desk that we cannot fit in their bin, they left it in the middle road the sitting there the whole day. The laziest crew you can find from a garbage business.My advice: Don't even sign up with WM.com, if you don't want to deal with their awful and unreliable service. I just cancelled our service today after being with them for less than 3 months. They charged us $75 just to retrieve their garbage bin from us. You can use that $$ to buy your own bin, another way for them to keep you stuck with them. What an awful way to welcome a new WI resident.Talk to a good neighbor first before you sign up with a garbage collection company, but don't even consider WM.com (Waste Management) on your list.
