I have been trying to contact them by phone all day. The number gets me to some prompts and then hangs up. Where in world is the customer service, I have a special circumstance that I have questions for and a web site with the most popular questions isn't going to work. However, if we didn't pay our invoices, I would probably receive a threatening call. Not good, considering changing services.
When you are done with their services they have the audacity to charge the customer $75 for Waste Management to pick up their own trash cans. The customer is given no choice and can not drop off the cans themselves to avoid this expensive final bill.Maybe they consider punishment for ending their services. I consider it Robbery!!!So this is a built in up charge that is not advertised and should be. Buyer Beware!!!!
Both trash and recycle bins were placed at the end of the driveway the night prior like we always do. They picked up the trash, but left the recycle bin full stating there was a hazard. They said the trash bin was too close to the recycle bin. I do not have the words. The recycle bin was not blocked and they had complete access to it. This is not the first time, this was just the latest flavor of excuses. They would not amend the bill or come pick up the recycle bin. Totally unacceptable.
We missed out recycling for 1 minute, walking down the driveway. When I contacted customer service they said it would be $120 TO COME BACK AROUND TO PICK THIS UP. I wish there was another option for trash that is reliable because that is ridiculous.

Only after I posted the complaint did someone call me — but nothing has been resolved.Waste Managed admitted someone impersonated a manager on a call (21n”st August), leading to an emergency collection and extra fees I should never have paid. Promises about disputing charges and fixing my service have not been followed through.My bins are still not being collected unless I pay an “outstanding balance” — even though these issues were caused by their own failings. I have CCTV proving missed collections and reports that appear doctored.Now I’m being threatened with contract fees despite 3 months of inconsistent, unreliable waste removal. This company’s service is the complete opposite of what they advertise — untrustworthy, unprofessional, and dishonest.💡 Do not sign up — avoid at all costs.
So I recently switched to Waste Managmenr due to the service I was having with my prior company. So the first week pick up was as scheduled, the second week was trash and recycling. So I had both Totes out at 650 before I left for work. When I got home the trash had not been picked up, however the recycle had been. ( both totes were placed side by side ). So I called at 415 and it went to VM, though says their hours are 8 - 430. Unable to leave a message. So I called the next day was told they would come back by no later than 7 p.m. No pick up, so I called again, of course closed no VM. Then I recieved a call that my trash would be picked up on my regular scheduled day. I text the number that had stated text messaging me and let them know as hot as it is the trash is starting to smell. I was told that the driver said my can WAS NOT out and that's why it wasn't picked up so it would be the next scheduled day ! REALLY! Yet my recycle had no issues with picking up , they argued with me that the driver " said" so ok, I called to cancel my service,I was told oh they can't help me I had to call the Colorado Springs Office, was transferred 3x before I got ahold of them. I was told my cans needed to be Clean and in the street for pickup, ok. I requested credit back to my card, ok they would put that thru. I called 3 weeks later still not seeing any kind of credit, was transfered around 4x ( this being the number they previously had given me) still getting transferred, to be told that they didn't show any kind of credit due, I asked your charging me $54 for 3 weeks of service with only 2 pick ups?, she said we charged you a can pick up fee of $20 and then the rest for service ! YOU HAVE GOT TO BE KIDDING ME !!! You can never get thru, can't leave a VM, and they are going to work it to where they owe you nothing! This company sucks and I should have read the reviews BEFORE going with them. BEWARE if you are considering switching to this company! Oh and my neighbors trash wasn't picked up last week ( he puts it out the night before ) and it's still sitting there! Read the reviews for this company before switching!
