Had seen the ponds I had a question to ask so e_mail was sent a reply was within 4 hours and very helpfull,this led to me ordering 2 ponds ,given a delivery date, and it was delivered on that day all was good.the instructions etc are easy to follow built the ponds and was delighted with the structure now the but the corner plates were missing from the kits.I sent an email regarding my order missing parts and asking for them to be posted on that was three weeks ago. The money was took so to me it's we can't care ,a 20 year guarantee is given but if i have to call on it i bet I'll be greeted with you did not follow the instructions for installation of the ponds . Based on my dissatisfied after care I will not be recommending this company to family or friends which is a shame because the product is great ,sorry but I'm one dissatisfied customer.

Very good service

They did everything they said they would when they said they would. The product went together exceptionally easily. Hopefully it will last as long as they say.

Octagon shape bed

Bought an octagon shape bed. Had an issue making it at first but the company were very helpful and I soon had it erected. Very good pictorial instructions but believe it would be helpful if a few words were added pointing out the most important points for successful construction.Good quality, very happy, would buy again if I had a requirement. Quick delivery.

Dreadful Experience

The product itself is "OK" it is hugely overpriced in my opinion for what is essentially pressure treated timber with pre-drilled holes and plastic peg system that allows it to interconnect a bit like Lego. The company itself though seems completely incapable of dealing with issues arising from the product. In my case I had missing parts in the order, new blocx split on me during assembly, a faulty design that I had to retrospectively fix and asked to pay for parts I did not need or had no use for. The product is marketed as "east to build", No not at all from my experience it took me 3x the time I had anticipated to basically fix what was wrong. When I tried to resolve with WoodBlocX I got obfuscation, denial followed by being completely ignored. Months later I get what appears to be a sincere apology and offer of a significant refund only for them to not actually give me a refund.... Avoid at all costs, you can get cheaper and better options elsewhere certainly a better customer experience.
