CHARGED MY CARD WITHOUT AUTORIZATION AND REFUSES REFUND

I never agreed to a YEARLY subscription of $105.99. I sent emails to cancel the subscription and I have called and left numerous recordings. The company says I will get a confirmation email in 24 hours and one never arrives. The company is a SCAM and I would advise against providing them your card info as they will charge it without permission. 0/5 stars

It feels like AI. NO ONE IN CHARGE…

It feels like there are no people working at this company and it's an experiment in artificial intelligence taking over the job of customer service. After paying the initial fee of about $17.00 I couldn't even find it again. You have to be super tech savvy and it seems to have disappeared until I finally sent a complaint and got a ticket. I think this company originates in France and could be a scam. Please help. I want my MONEY BACK. plus i've had to spend a lot of time trying to even find this DEMONIC unhelpful app again.

Don’t be fooled

I wish I’d check here before subscribing. Along with many others I have been charged a whopping £46 a month for written text. No interaction. No reply from them about cancelling. Playing on people who are looking for help. Shame on you4/11/25 just had response from the company based on the subscription issue. And yes they did eventually reply, but I had to email several times and get my bank to decline payment. And I had no information about the subscription charges - what I do have is an invoice for around £16 for the initial sign up. I stand by my original review.

Annoyed

Just come to the end of my 3 months. There was no notice such as email to say at the end of the period and £75 just been taken out of my account. You can't use the app to update your profile.
