Very slow moving. I would like to be able to move through slightly quicker. Reading a chapter a day. It seems like I will get to a point were I need to pay more money to move forward as my subscription will be finished before I get through the start of the reading and work
Scam company!! I had no idea I was signing up a subscription. I paid I think €30 to begin with. Only to find out I was then charged €90 after 3 months. Their wording says people who sign up for 3 months (rafter than 1 month) get more out of it. So suggesting it’s a 1 time payment !! I told them I was unaware this would be charged and I emailed about 4 times for them to refund me. From their final response they told me they would refund me and they refunded only half the amount. When I emailed again they didn’t respond. Companies like this are corrupt and should be stopped !!!
Avoid unless you want charged for a subscription which cost £107 when I only clicked for 1month at £21.88.How do they get away with this.Ive contacted them on the website for a refund and heard nothing.I am raising this with PayPal as I only authorised the £21.88 payment.
They are terrible. I have had the exact same experience the review left by Emma Bacon, below and am in complete agreement with her comments. I used Paypal for my initial £16 trial period and they have taken £46 in September and October and I don't have the app or use their services, will have to try and get payments stopped: Absolute scam! Help me bring them downAbsolute scam! I paid for a trial, had no confirmation of that trial period, no confirmation of what I had signed up for. Got charged £46, emailed to ask for a refund as there was no transparency around the subscription. No reply. Then they took another £46.... Absolutely horrific. All Facebook comments that are telling the truth, get deleted.I wish I'd seen this before I engaged with them. Preying on vulnerable people. I have still had nothing from them outlining the terms I supposedly signed up to, I may get charged again!I want to bring them down, I want them to report them, I want other users who have been scammed to help in doing this.
