Do not Buy - WORX VISION LAWN MOWER -This piece of crap Never Ever functioned properly, it will get lost, trapped, stuck under cars and everything else not wanted but will NEVER return to Home.I carried this junk back literally every day, waited for updates and hoped it would eventually become more intelligent - but time has come Nothing changes.The battery died after 1 1/2 years as well so that’s another 80€ on top of the 2000€ WASTE.Do. Not. Buy. Worx.Worx doesn’t WorkUPDATE:I bought a Mammotion 800 and I can’t believe how well it all works - it does its job, returns home, has an integrated flash light to work at night, you can drive it yourself with the App AND even SEE what your robot sees!If you are looking for a lawn mower - Extreme Recommendation for Mammotion !!!
Customer support is horrible, no tech support. They do not know their product well at all. They sent the wrong part, not even close to what I had ask for! After spending money and waiting I called again and they don't sell the part and actually wanted to sell me another weedeater, not even a year old. REDICULOUS, IF YOU WANT A WEEDEATER COMPANY THAT HAS HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SUPPORT THEN BUY IT. DON'T GET SCAMED INTO THEIR ADVERTISING THAT THEY CARE ABOUT CUSTOMER SUPPORT.
Recently bought the cordless lawnmower together with a strimmer, was a little cautious as other reviewers had mentioned the battery power, yes it is not long lasting but enough to cut a large size lawn. The strimmer however best I’ve used, did the job much better than the flymo I’d recently purchased which only after a couple of mins the wire broke and found it fiddly.
Battery power washer Struggled to register so left to do later but forgot it. Hadn’t realised that if you don’t register then your warranty is reduced from 3yrs to only 2yrs. Unfortunately it stopped working one week after my now 2 year warranty had expired.I contacted them but after my initial contact they didn’t respond. I then re contacted them and no have been sent some postage labels to return for them to have a look at it. Fingers crossed they might fix it. I’ll update my post with the outcome
I have quite a number of worx tool and lawn care items. I have never had a problem and am quite satisfied. However the worx product registration process is terrible. When you go to find your product, you’re presented with a list of probably 500 product numbers in no logical order. Therefore you spend 20 minutes trying to find your product. This should be a simple technical solution but worx makes you feel like you’re on the Show Severence presented with a long list of meaningless numbers. It’s really bad and makes you feel like they don’t want you to register your product.
I wish I could give a zero rating! These tools ( and I use the word tools loosely) are terrible. I have tried to like them over the years ( I purchased 3 new batteries) and they all turned to crap! I will never ever buy a worx product again . And if I were you, I wouldn’t either!
