Review Time
I have a fair few worx tools for my sins ! Some are ok however whoever came up with the portable power washer clearly never has to deal with the frustration of it may work for a few seconds then it thinks about it for ages oh then we get some more water through but mostly it works if it fancies the idea ! Terrible design ! Then the vacuum ! Clean out the pipe because it’s blocked, not vaguely easy. Try to push in the lugs to get it off the bend! Virtually impossible and so is getting it back on. Skin off knuckles and still not going back on. The people who work here really should actually try their own tools, normal people with maybe not the strongest hands ! See how badly designed they are
I own at least 7 to 8 Worx power tools. All of them work flawlessly. I watch youtube to troubleshoot some of my issues. Now i use these tools for around the house for small and medium projects.However. If you have to depend on these tools for your job. Then this is not the product. Look at Milwaukee, Makida, DeWalt tools instead. Yeah, there're more expensive. But dependable if your job requires it.
Shocking customer service.Returned an item early March.Parcel was tracked and deliverd to the address given by customer service. No refund has been issued despite me sending several emails. They are not even replying when I ask when refund will be issued.Ordered direct from worx expecting a good level of service......wrong.....they are a complete waste of time.
Item straight out of the box not working. NITRO POWER SHEARSContact via phone to request replacement told i had to wait for return request to be processed.... still waiting three days later no returns arranged.Phone told will hopefully be processed soon .... What kind of service is this ,?My advise is to by from amazon i would have returned it and had a replacement the next day!Infact dont buy the product in the first place obviously quality control is not the best.
Ordered a lawnmower and it was delivered in three days. Unfortunately the battery charger was damaged but I contacted Worx and Olie said that the best choice was to send a replacement. New charger received by the end of the week. Excellent customer service and now registered for 5 year warranty.Registration for warranty does seem a bit to complex. Now hoping for a dry spell of weather to give lawns a final trim.
