This website is a scam, spoke to Justin, Ronny, and Britney because my order never came and they tried to scam me saying the system “changed” the day after I ordered” but Ronny and Britney told me it had “changed” a week before I called. When asked for a refund they could not give me one then said they could send me a replacement but my order wasn’t in their system so I knew a replacement was never coming. They also tried to have me send the order email to THEIR personal emails. I just decided to dispute the charge with my bank, there’s a reason why they have such bad reviews.
Sent wrong item when ordered returned had receipt of return using their label and they denied receiving it and label had a name of company person signing for it and they never made it good ; I am out $180. buyer beware of dealing with this company no good customer service or anyone to talk to.
Our M700 Landroid stopped working after 1,5 seasons, it is still under warranty. We have returned it to the reseller for them to have it fixed by Worx. The problem is that WORX customer service is not responding by phone, or email so it is impossible to receive a status on when to expect the product to be returned. We have now waited 4 weeks and still no sign of our robot nor information on when to receive it back. Needless to say - we are not happy customers at the moment.
People who don't listen, usually make mistakes that affect others, that's what happened to me. I bought a Worx Nitro fan, and it went bad within the warranty period. I finally found a phone number after searching the web quite awhile. I gave them all my information and the lady I talked with said it was under warranty and she would process a replacement, BUT I had to pay $13.00 in shipping. I finally agreed and got transferred again to make the payment. When I was transfered back to her, it was close to closing time, and I was told my order was on "hold" for collection and to call another number. It was a collection agency and they were mad before I spoke the first word. Anyway they could not find an account that had me in collections and hung up. I called worx back and after three "customer service agents" got to one that took some time to research the problem, it seems the very first customer service agent listed me as living in Canada? She got that figured out, but they still can't ship the fan until someone in theri collections finds this out and releases my fan for shipment. They will send me an email when it ships........and so on.
CUSTOMER SERVICES (Sean K) - BRILLIANT! Had an issue with a 4.0ah battery that I believe was actually my fault. Customer service had it collected, repaired and returned within 4 days; all at there own cost! I then asked where to buy a replacement serviceable part, he instantly put one in the post for me completely FOC. . So, amazing service offered by Sean in Customer services for worx. . I will be buying Worx tools only from now on just based on the service received from Sean! Pat on back, thank you.Ps. . My landroid mower is the nuts!
Auto tensioner nut is stripped and the company does not provide that replacement part as it is "too internal for customer replacement" (1 plate and 4 whole screws deep). Company is more interested in upselling the customer a $75.00 replacement piece of equipment than replacing a $0.50 part for the the same equipment.No wonder the company's stock price tanked before the covid lockdown started.
I sent A WORX Cordless strimmer back still under guarantee cause it was not working Its been 2 weeks they Acknowledged receipt Now they Are not responding to my EmailsThey should send me A replacement I think they Are dishonest Thieves
Worx Landroid L2000 problem. Customer support issues tickets but takes no action. If lucky replies within 3 weeks to suggest a delaying tactic. Then issues a further ticket. I am currently waiting a month for a reply from my last ticket. They have no interest in resolving issues. Only time wasting exercises to delay until the product is outside warranty time. If purchasing a Worx product it would be best to understand that you are purchasing a product without any effective warranty or customer support.
