Bought a Worx power washer, it was ok at first in just over 3 years I only used it about 4 times as it was bought for a special job. After the warranty had run out the product did not work. I attempted to get it repaired with the company but they are not interested, this product is destined for the re-cycling centre. A waste of money better buying a mains operated power washer. After sales service is appalling.
I have had no problems with Worx support; to be fair they have responded in good time and provided solutions. My concern is the quality of the product. I bought a robot lawnmower wr141e in 2022. It is hugely disappointing and a dreadful waste of money. Even after buying every attachment making the whole purchase not far off £1000, it still hits objects at random, churns up the grass in large patches, and most frustratingly, sends erroneous error messages and then doesn’t work until I’m home and can reset it. I have followed every instruction and recommendation and worked out some workarounds for myself. The bottom line is this product isn’t fit for purpose. Don’t be tempted!
I had high hopes for this Worx’s 20v 3.9 handheld chainsaw, but unfortunately, it fell far, far short of expectations. Despite its promising design and marketing claims, it was unable to cut even the smallest limbs off my azalea bush. The blade seemed dull from the get-go, barely making a dent in anything beyond paper-thin branches.I attempted to use it for light yard work, hoping it would streamline my tasks, but it ended up being more of a frustration than a tool. It failed to deliver on its primary function. Because I received it as a Christmas gift from my husband in December and didn’t use it until this spring, Amazon will not return it. Save yourself the disappointment. I would suggest that you invest in a more reliable option, not wasting your money on this tool. This electric saw simply doesn't cut it, pun intended.
Bought the WR155 with 6Ah battery for 1/2 Acre. Well Worx cheated me and sent the smaller less expensive 5Ah battery instead. Of course they made more money and I got the shaft. Worx customer service said I can BUY a new 6Ah battery because they already shipped me the 5Ah battery that China sends????What the Heck!! Their add said 6Ah battery...Typical pass the buck and take no responsibility..What a Ripoff

Bought snow blower and within two weeks it went on a big sale. Tried sending emails to 3 different email addresses and they all bounced back. Wanted to return it as box was not even opened but could not get thru. Unable to phone to get help as I was out of town. Why have email address if every thing bounces back three days later.
Purchased a trimmer from this company on labor day, have sent several emails and calls about the item I paid. Today I have attempted to contact the company four times as well as left three messages without getting any response about my order that hasn’t been delivered. Would not recommend this company to anyone that wants to purchase Worx product.
I ordered a new disc cutter it arrived fine opened it up to look okay went to close the case but would not close properly had a look one of the hinges on the case was broken got in touch with worx I gave my ref number and order number they got back in touch asking for my name and address which I sent now they want a copy of my receipt it’s only on a bit of printed paper they have all the details so what is the problem you tell me over a simple problem I am going to get in contact with trading standards over this issues trouble is MADE IN CHINA ???
Terrible customer service. Poorly designed equipment. Not fit for purpose. We bought a Landroid M800 robotic mower and followed the instructions to install it. It mostly worked correctly until it reached the edges at 90° or encountered an obstacle where it then had to rotate left or right. The design meant that instead of turning it just spun its wheels and dug deep holes and get stuck. We had to "rescue" it on a daily basis. We emailed Worx about the issues and they sent us different wheels to try, but they did the same, so we asked for our money back. After a few emails, including one with a video of the mower failing, they agreed to refund the mower once it was returned. We boxed it up and sent it back 3 weeks ago and we are still waiting for the money to be returned to us. I email them daily but their only reply is, "we will look into it."Not good.
