Does Worx sell anything that works at a reasonable price? My wife bought me a hydro-shot power washer and I was so excited I bought a second battery. I only got to use it a couple of times and it quit working, It has suction on the hose but doesn't have enough power to blow your nose, much less wash a car. Biggest waste of money I have ever seen.
They discontinued the battery that noth my weed wacker and blower use, no substitute. There equipment is not durable and does not work well anyway but was going to buy batteries because I spent so much money on this crap and now with 3 batteries I can only get a 1/2 hours work done. The upside if gives me a reason to quit but the work still needs to get done. I will be going back to gas power equipment and never going ele tric again.
Have purchased 2 sets of Worx tools they worked ok for about 5 years. The last was their discontinued 56V series. Now the batteries have died and to replace them will cost more than 2 tools I purchased. I will buy another string trimmer & lawn blower, but it won’t be a Worx product. They don’t support their products with replacement batteries long enough.
What amazing custom service I got from Emma. I bought the cordless jet wash plus from Amazon and unfortunately the wand was faulty and water was shooting out the side of it. Instead of returning it I sent an email to them. That was yesterday. 09:31 this morning I got a reply asking for a photo. They had this by 10:30. By 1:30 they had agreed it was faulty and dispatched a new bit. What great service. Thank you Emma.
I have allot of Worx tools, garden and home. Recently, my Wg186e trimmer was making a weird noise. Had for a couple of years. Great product. Mu go to for long grass. Called Amazon, just rude.Called Worx. What great service. Sent the receipt from Sept 22. Patrick in CS. so helpful, Oli also. I has mentioned I had all the nitro attachments also. Wasn't sure what to do, as Patrick said he didn't have the WG186 e anymore. Would replace with the new up to date one. Anyway, he told me to send the attachments back, with the proof of purchase. I did, all picked up by DPD. New trimmer arriving today. Worx is refunding the attachments at what I paid. Fantastic. I love worx tools. Great customer service, friendly, helpful.
I bought a 14" electric chainsaw a few weeks ago. On the plus side, it does work pretty well from a cutting standpoint. Surprisingly powerful and a good alternative to a petrol saw when you are working close to the house.Unfortunately, the downside is it leaks bar oil like a sieve. I did read a few reviews that noted leaking bar oil but it wasn't all that many so I figured I'd take a chance.But it didn't work.It leaks bar oil really badly, more than I've ever seen anything leak oil before. Absolutely if I had known this was going to happen I would not have bought it.The amount may not look like a lot initially but it's from the cold saw just sitting and dripping. When it's actually running the amount is a great deal more, it goes all over the floor and will get onto whatever you are wearing.So, if you can get one that doesn't leak then it's going to be great, the issue as far as I can see however if you have no way of knowing in advance.I would recommend you consider other saws under the circumstances.
