I ordered 2 luxury adventure calanders and what came was a tray with absolute rubbish in. No countdown to Xmas as expected from an advent calendar. I contacted WOWCHER and there response is they are not responsible for goods as you only buy the voucher from them. Absolute scam Update as you suggested I have reached out 3 times and have not received a responce only asking order number and issue and photos. This has now been provided on 7 separate occasions. First time using wowcher so not clued up on how it works. I thought I bought some Calvin Klein boxers, I recently checked my junk emails and learnt that I bought a voucher that had now expired. I contacted the customer service team through WhatsApp and I cannot receive any form of refund even though the voucher hasn’t been used within 14 days? Today is exactly 14 days after the purchase date so why it has expired i don’t know! I find this very strange. Any help would be much appreciated
Robot sweeper/hoover! 🤣🤣Received this yesterday! The brushes fall off, the battery does not last an hour like it says, its tiny and to be honest you get exactly what you pay for! If I'd paid £60 I would be fuming 😂🤣 it's so small it would take years to do a room, that's if it was powerful enough to pick anything up! 🤣🤣 save your cash!! **not heard anything since wowcher reply! And it doesnt charge after 2 days 🤣🤣 !!
