Be very careful! They are scam artists. They hide extra charges and postage costs. I bought a quantity of 2 which they then split into 2 orders even though I ordered together so that I was charged postage twice for one order. When I reached out via WhatsApp the representative was rude, sarcastic and not helpful at all. I’d give them minus 5 if I could
I used Wowcher to buy a double bed for my daughter. The item was a double bed with mattress and the 3rd party retailer was cloud 9yn. The product received was very poor quality, both the bed itself and the mattress. The mattress in particular was soaked and smells terrible. We are trying our best to dry this out however it still does not smell good and I fear it may be permanently damaged. We live on an island so I am not looking to return the item as the return would cost more than it was worth for reference it was £111 to get it over here.Delivery to the 3rd party we used was also shocking. I was given 3 different dates by cloud 9yn prior to them actually delivering to the 3rd party and contacted them with no response. I have also since looked at reviews on trust pilot with a number of consumers having similar experiences. I hope wowcher cease trading with this 3rd party company before it ruins their reputation further. Personally I will never use wowcher again and will certainly be advising others not to do so. I previously thought it was a reputable brand and have been proved wrong. Please do better and provide better service to your customers.
Wowcher and Prime Holidays have been set up like a criminal enterprise with the sole objective of defrauding the British populace of their hard-earned money. Wowcher in collusion with prime Holidays are selling fake holiday to unsuspecting individuals and defrauding them daily. On the 30th of October 2025, I paid £418 for a Holiday advertised as a 3 night stay in Amsterdam from London, from the 27th of December to the 30th of December 2025. Ever since I made the payment, neither Wowcher nor Prime Holidays have been able to provide the holiday that was advertised, they have called and emailed me asking to pay more money in addition to the £418 which I have already paid. They have the worst set of customer service representative who will call and coarse you of forfeiture if you refuse to pay more money. I have asked for a refund of my money, both Wowcher and Prime holidays have refused to refund my moneyRather they are asking me to change my holiday dates, accept a flight to another destination and also pay more money.PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY, THEY ARE FRADULENT.I will be reporting them to the FCA, Financial Ombudsman and
Digusting! I thought I had paid for 2 double beds for my children at a cost of £400 and I assunmed they would be delivered. I did not know I had to redeem a voucher at all and now it says expired and they say I can't be refunded. I'm so upset this seems so wrong to have taken £400 and I have nothing to show for it
