Wowcher are an absolute joke! I purchased a voucher for hotel stay and paid via Klarna 3 payments. Final payment made a few days ago and upon checking my “voucher” in the App I was shocked to see it says ‘expired’. How can something expire when I haven’t even had the voucher as I hadn’t even paid upfront for it. Why offer Klarna if in the meantime the voucher expired! Absolutely shocking lack of customer support - £99 down the drain! Customer support WhatsApp is about as useful as a chocolate teapot. And very patronising - telling me I should have read the small print … read the terms and conditions- I am entitled to no refund etc etc! This has ruined a birthday celebration and left me £99 out of pocket. Explain yourselves Wowcher? There is absolutely nothing ‘wow’ about your service. Don’t use them!! Unless you want to flush your money down the toilet !!
I have used wowcher a lot the company gives great choices.Our last one was a spa absolutely enjoyed our day there and the food was gorgeous at the bridge.Iv just bought a second voucher for Frankie and bennys which has a lovely menu can’t wait to use this again.
I bought a voucher for Adobe Photoshop, unfortunately there was no way to contact Wowcher as emails failed as ‘the box is full and cannot except emails’ …….No telephone number available to either call or message.Would have scored Zero if it was available!Updated as requested- tried to redeem the voucher online and was redirected to the App, where it said I had no vouchers - tried logging in to the Website and it also said I had no vouchers!!! £30.99 down the river….Order number 50500281
