Wowcher Mystery holiday is a scam. It would’ve been over £150 cheaper for me to book the exact same holiday myself and the only way I’d have known this is after redeeming my voucher - after which it’s non-refundable. This is how they scam people. Would not recommend.
Terrible they let scam company's sell there holidays on wowcher and then you have no genuine holiday i book a Xmas market holiday to venis using wowcher then it said I will get the booking company's details once I redeemed the voucher which they were called travelmakers , they because you redeemed your holidays you carnt get a refund even though it states when your booking you have 14 days ! Travel Makers take your money and then you don't hear from them you get no conformation of the holiday even though they already lied and said you needed to pay extra for different flights in the first place , this is not genuine the holidays are not genuine it's all a scam and wowcher have knowledge of this as they were on bbc fraud program about the exact same situation and travel company they were using but still using them and will not give refunds or help at all ! Will never be using wowcher again and do not book holidays through them!!!
