Review Time
I did give a review previously but I forgot to mention about the mattress that came with the bed it's a reject or something. Plus whatever material it is made of is of inferior quality. My sister who uses the bed have developed a itch on their back. It seems like bundle and not made properly. I would avoid buying this product or anything that is sold through Wowcher from this company. I don't normally give negative reviews but on this occasion I had no choice.
Wowcher code JK5HKS-YWMXA7 I was looking at hoover and found one on Wowcher. You had to choose one was 150w which was cheaper and the other was 250w more expensive. So I ordered the 250w. I paid for express delivery. It was meant to arrive on the 23rd. It arrived 2 days later. I paid extra to get it on the 23rd. So opens the box and had to Google which one was the 250w and surprise surprise they sent me the 150w the cheaper version now if I did google which one was what. I wouldn't have known. So they have probably did this was 100s off customers. So not only did I lose out on the delivery fee, I had the cheaper hoover. Trying to send it back was a nightmare. Wowcher told me to take it up with the company. The company didn't believe me and wanted pictures. So I asked for the proper o.e to be sent out. They said wait until we receive the item and we will disgust options. So I took that as they would send the proper one out. So gets tbe email saying they have received it and a refund will be issued to my original payment my bank account. So got an email from Wowcher to say its refunded to my Wowcher wallet. So I've managed to get my refund to my bank.
Update - Refund now received thank you CEO Order number 50441067Requested a full refund on wowcher for 2 vouchers for all inclusive holiday to Rhodes. This holiday is sold by Prime Holidays. The hotel shown is only available for an additional £1,998. The other hotel can be booked for less than the price charged by Wowcher. Going to speak to trading standards as feel a lot of issues needing investigated. Wowcher please sort out refund
I have only given 1 star to be able to proceed with the review. I purchased a extra large airer in Oct & when I bought the purchase I assumed it was coming straight from the warehouse as they asked for my delivery address which, I gave. So I waited patiently for the airer that still has not arrived. I was with my daughter today and explained what had happened and she made me aware that I had bought a voucher & looked into it for me. Apparently my voucher expired just 2 days ago and, they are not willing to do anything. I am so upset as, I found another email to say that I could have extended the voucher for 3 months again, so I do not understand why I cannot purchase the airer now that the process has been explained to me but, voucher is expired I am left out of pocket !!!
I’ll own my mistake—I didn’t read the emails properly and assumed buying a randomised advent calendar meant it would be delivered, like similar deals on Groupon. Turns out it was a voucher-based offer, and yes, I did receive emails confirming that and the code’s expiry.But like many people, I’m drowning in emails: marketing spam from companies that auto-enrol you after a purchase, food orders/appointments for elderly relatives, updates from social services, three work inboxes, Teams messages, calls, and personal admin. It’s a lot. The overwhelm is real.Expecting a voucher code to expire within a week of purchase is unreasonable. It feels like a cash grab, especially when there’s no flexibility or goodwill shown to a first-time customer. No calendar, no refund—not even a credit to my Wowcher account, despite the fact that you’ve clearly sold the calendar I paid for. Bad vibes.
