Received a code for a purchase I bought. Code doesn't work when link is followed, contacted them with no response. Claiming fraud through my credit card to get my money back**UPDATE REPLYING TO REPLY BELOW**IF YOU READ MY COMMENT ABOVE YOU'D SEE THAT I HAVE DONE THAT, WHEN I PUT THE CODE IN FOLLOWING THE SUPPLIED LINK, IT SAYS 'PRODUCT NOT FOUND'. SCAM! PLEASE JUST REFUND ME. I'VE CONTACTED MY BANK AND REPORTED THIS AS FRAUD
wowcher support is absolutely rubbish, either give you no response or a response thats insanely unhelpful.wowcher allows merchants to scam you, while calling them “trusted third-party merchants.”, was unaware i would be scammed by a so called trusted merchant, but there we are.i have asked how i can refund and they will not take responsibility in any way, practically blaming me. horrid company, would avoid.
Bought an item for a Christmas present. Realised it hadn't been delivered. Upon looking further into this realised you purchase a voucher that has to be redeemed. This was not clear upon purchasing the item to me. In fact their purchase page and emails are so chaotic! I contacted Wowcher and asked them as a gesture of goodwill could they reinstate the voucher (only 2days expired) as I could see they were still selling the Item I wanted and I have paid for it. I explained that It was not obvious to me at the point of ordering. Customer services just kept sending me copies of terms and conditions and it was clear they did not want to help. I am so glad I didn't purchase the other items I had planned to buy for Christmas. Will not use this company again. Wish I had read the reviews before as it appears I am not the first customer to experience this!
