The service here is amazing. Staff go above and beyond 👏 . Our train was delayed, so we missed our time but it wasn't an issue at all. The food is extremely tasty and love the option to have either starter or dessert. Always a dessert when Creme Brule is on the menu.
Dealing with fraudulent companies isn't a good image to promote. Happy to take money and no contact from the merchant at all. I would do your homework on the merchants before committing to buy anything from these. In fact, does this not make them an accessory to fraud??Update. Still no contact from Wowchers 'dedicated' team. So I've disputed the payments with the bank and Klarna.
I ordered a lap top on 9/11/2025 and paid for next day delivery we are now four days late, no communication, even though Wowcher says they have, they only wrote to say wait 72 hours!!! well I have and nothing they have not contacted me since despite messaging them, and still no refund of the next day delivery.Wowcher take your money and then do not deliver and treat customers with contemptBeware of this company and look else where.The Wowcher response is 100% untrue it is an outright lieThey have not spoken to me, a call would be very welcome!I paid Wowcher a next day delivery fee which they totally ignore, this should be refunded because I paid for a delivery for 10/11. The supplier texted me after four days of texts and emails telling me that yesterday they sent it via Royal Mail and sent a tracking number, the royal Mail state they do not have it. The supplier Renewable electronics was dissolved on Companies House in 2015, so how can they trade???It would eb useful if Trust Pilot would allow a way to reply to the company response. Wowcher are being used by scam companies to sell bad and faulty products. You get limited info to contact the company, in my case just an email address. After reading reviews and finding the company cloud 9yn is selling bad and faulty beds and seem to leave a lot of customers without refunds i decided to try to cancel my order. I got an email saying they can't. After that I have had no replies at all from this scam company. Last nightbthe delivery driver attempted to deliver the bed, to which i had already contacted them 3 times ro tell them not to deliver this. He tried his best to get me to take the bed. Im sure that guy is linked to the company. He tried and tried and I kept telling him I did not want this. He wanted me to explain why, I told him I changed my mind and he wasn't satisfied again trying to get me to take the bed. He eventuallynkeft saying I will get a refund. Still no answer from the bed company. Trying to contact wowcher, that's the wow in wowcher. Almost impossible, and ai chat bot answers. Eventually someone comes back to you after a day or two, answers you and you try to reply to them, to go back to the chat bot again. Sorry but this level of customer service is unacceptable and to be told because you have used your voucher, it's now between you and the scam company. Sorry wowcher, you are involved in this up to your neck. You advertise them and you need to refund me. Because they do not respond
My item hasn’t been delivered even though I paid for it. No email and no order number. Tried to get in touch with royaldeal.co.uk and no email address. Have I been scammed?
