Review Time
Placed an order for 2 beds (Cloud9yn) only one full bed arrived, and driver brought in frame for 2nd bed then went to leave. We asked where was the mattress for the 2nd bed, he disapppeared for 10 minutes, then drove off. He phoned 5 minutes later saying mattress wasn't on the van and would be delivered next day. 4 days later, still waiting.
I paid £270 for a laptop and after reading all the reviews I decided to get my money back as I am still well within the legal 14 day cool off period for any contract or purchase. I need the money back for my son’s birthday gift which has taken me a while to save as a single mother. Also with 3 children and Christmas round the corner it is not a good time for me to be £270 down. Wowcher have not refunded me & as reported by many others the only customer service is on watsap (AI) and is not answered often. I’m not just disappointed I am devastated that I will not be able to get my son’s birthday present unless they refund me within the next week.
Zero stars would be given here if it was an option. Bought some body cream. What was received was totally nothing like what was advertised, cheap market knock offs. Wowcher customer service absolutely rubbish. Said I had to deal with the merchant directly, who themselves went round in circles and every way possible to wriggle out of a refund. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE. The way you have to buy is via a voucher that you then have to redeem from the merchant, then pay an extra fee on top for delivery, ranging from expensive if you want the item quickly or less if you can wait weeks for it. Total scam. I'll be deleting my account and will never buy from here again. Don't waste your money. Wish I'd read other reviews who've had the same experience.
