Can't get through to anyone charges 25% of the price you paid for postage then after no answer they tell you it's expired your wowcher so you get nothing and tell you it's in aparagraph that's my last time previously I was still waiting on a missing part buy direct easier
Great value offer! I do not use Wowcher very often so I was not 100% sure when I needed to redeem my voucher. Also, as it is a gift, I was unsure whether I needed to redeem it under my name and email address of the recipients details. Easily accessible information on this would help.
We had to pay for the postage on the item and the software was stuck in a loop and would not let us pay the £7.99p although we tried 2 different cards. We tried to get help from Wowcher VIP services and they were absolutely useless and no help whatsoever. Any help asked for was so slow as the wowcher was due to end with no chance of any money back from the £60 spent. Eventually we managed to pay using totally different credit card. No idea why it would not work the first time and no help from customer so called VIP services!
