Avoid at all cost or it will cost you!

Absolute idiots! The website is so trash, you will get so confused that you will not know what you just bought untill you get bills on end... Support in the literal sense does not exist.File a report to ombudscom.ch if you encounter payment issues with them.

Their app is not working on ios and their website does work on safari. Customer service said that that’s normal and didn’t even try to fix it.

They only care about the sale. Once a contract is signed, they don't even know who you are...they ignore all communication whatsoever. Cancelled!

Mobile incl. Roaming best price

Mobile quality in Switzerland ok. Best value outside US/Europe. Shortcomings: value-added services can't be controlled. Customer-service (by telephone) is good and helpful.

Cancellation plan nightmare

Totally useless. No support at all.Trying to cancel my plan for couple of days from abroad. Impossible only answering basic questions again and again.Worst experience ever.Better stay away
