Beyond unprofessional and unhelpful

Beyond unprofessional and unhelpful. They offered me an upgrade on my phone package which I accepted. They then hit me with a Fr 39 fine for changing my package! Incredible

number transfer

In general to works, i can call, i got internet connection but... In March 2025 I started process of transfering my ex wife number to her account. Until May 2025 ALL demanded documents were sent 5-6 times each (their forms, IDs etc.). In May i was charged for transfer. Sent all docs and forms again. In August I was charged AGAIN for transfer. Process finished DECEMBER 1st. All in all 9 months and no really comment on this.

Impossible to cancel been trying for…

Impossible to cancel been trying for over three months, forced to call multiple times ....nobody able to confirm , cannot speak to management nor email....zero reference number for calls, everytime one starts from zero...now having to record calls myself for proof, absolutely ridiculous!!!!

Scam!!!

Scam!!!! Do not sign up. I opened an account with Yallo and selected a subscription. Before purchasing I requested, via chat, that my subscription be changed as I selected the incorrect one and was unable to change it. Instead of changing the package, they added a second package without my consent! I contacted via customer service to remove the unwanted package and leave the one I wanted, however I can never get through or my request has been ignored. Due to this, I requested via chat and through customer service to completely cancel my subscription/account but it has also been ignored. I have never availed of either subscription yet Yallo has been sending me bills.

Would be 0 stars if possible only…

Would be 0 stars if possible only redeeming quality is the price, but their billing department is a mess they are trying to bill me for the third time for a payment I already made dont coordinate anything amongst themselves, maximally incompetent customer service. They should be investigated, because this feels like a large scale fraud to maximize made up late fee requests.

Still being charged for cancelled service 1 YEAR LATER

I had subscribed to a home Wi-Fi service and data package for my phone. Unfortunately the Wi-Fi was not compatible with my home so I had to end the service. However, the data for my phone was working decently. Later on, I also cancelled my data plan with Yallo. 1 YEAR LATER, they are still sending me bills. During this period I called at least 6 times about the bills, however they always said my service has not been cancelled (despite me requesting a cancellation multiple times). In terms of service, Yallo has to be the least professional service provider I’ve come across globally and there is evidentially a lack of coordination between the departments.

Decided to cancel

If internet and TV worked as well as their customer service, maybe I would still be with them, just passed half an hour on the phone with an operator trying to convince me not to cancel.Given the price you adapt to some problems with the connection but after some days without any connection and no contact from yallo to solve the problem, I prefer switching to another provider even if this means being charged 2 months for a non existing connection.

Since October 2025 slow internet speed…

Since October 2025 slow internet speed on both cable and fiber. It has been constantly decreasing. The customer support is non-existent. You will need to chat with a bot for 5 min for them to create a ticket. Then you got a reply that you have to call. When you call them, the first-level agents promise you to solve everything and a call back, then nothing happens anymore.
