Signed up on Black Friday for a fiber deal. Company now wants to charge for installation, despite free activation on ad. Additionally, installation of the OTO hookup was promised as free by agent during sign-up call, and no price being listed on the T&Cs.Chat support is performed by AI, not a human agent. There are no contact emails. Cancellation by registered mail is refused, instead, it must be over chat or a phone call (which is unreachable).Will probably cancel the contract before it even begins.
Router needs to be restarted each time I want to access it at all. very annoying. I opened 3 tickets since October and have never received an answer except the confirmation that the ticket is opened. 17123541 is one example. Horrible support given the experience. Also Livechat is actually not livechat ( even during opening hours) you can't get in touch with a human. it's a dumbed down ai bot that can't help more than telling you to reboot your router.
Please stay away from Yallo Sunrise umbrella companyI switched from Sunrise to Yallo, and the experience was extremely poor. Only my mobile phone line was cancelled, while my home internet with Sunrise continued, which resulted in me paying six additional months of Sunrise internet without realizing it.On top of that, I was trapped in a two-year Yallo subscription. In the end, I paid the full remaining contract just to get out of this situation. It was expensive, but honestly, my mental health was worth more than the money, as dealing repeatedly with customer service became unbearable.Both companies are under the same corporate umbrella, which makes the lack of coordination even more disappointing.As a result of this chaos, my son was left without a working TCL watch connection, despite countless calls to customer service. Each call was long, cost CHF 1.50 per call, and consumed almost a full week of my working time, with no effective resolution.Overall: poor service, poor customer support, and unnecessary stress and costs for the customer. I would not recommend Yallo.
I have change from slat to yallo I got my frist bill more then agreed when I go Germany our France the phone don't work any more not internt our call for me yallo is the worst network all time even lebara work better then yallo in ausland the customer services the just want sale the rest is not important not I change back to salt I prefer to pay 10 fr more then I have best network not everything is cheaper is better
I had several attempts to reach customer service and tried to solve my problem via chat. The persons online are friendly but spite of many calls and chat Tickets the problem of internet activation stays unsolved. Each call costs €. Tickets are not trackable. Dramatically bad system that must be horrible both to customer service employees and customers. Yallo please reflect on what you are doing.
