Yallo offers really cheap prices but very very bad quality products. I have had limited mobile subscription and a home internet subscription. Both of them are really really slow when it's supposed to be "high speed internet". Furthermore, the signal comes and goes and sometimes I can't even google due to the bad quality of the signal. When I called to complain they told me that the region where I lived has "bad coverage" (Aargau) by also where I work (Zug) and now I moved to Luzern and it just gets worse. Finally I've cancelled both contracts. It's not worth to try Yallo, it's very very bad.
A terrible scam from a company protected by ZERO competition as a result of the ridiculous system allowing Swiss telecommunication providers to rip off Swiss customers completely. Absolutely horrendous. Look for other options online that all for connectivity with the rest of the world.
The worst company in Switzerland! I'm owed money for overcharging, they don't provide refunds even though they say will.So difficult to speak to anyone, the phone reception is terrible.The abroad charges are scandalous, trying to use their app and customer service is terrible. I wish after moving to Switzerland, I had never heard of Yallo. I'm moving to Galaxus!I would advise avoiding Yallo if you want to avoid stress.
SIM is faulty, doesn't make good connection to sim card metalic connectors, maybe demagnetized. I explain this in chat to customer support and they said " OK WE SEND YOU NEW SIMCARD". I HAVE TO ASK how much otherwise they don't say, and they reply: 59 CHF. WHAT???????????????? FK OFFF!!!! It's your fault! I checked this faulty sim in 3 phones and does the same!!
I have never met a company in my life that absolutely does not care how their customer services behave. I have a problem when my phone insurance honors me and when I wanted to repair the phone and thus use their service, I was told to contact yallo@protect. Unfortunately, they told me there that I should turn to yallo. So I called yallo again and their standard answer is that they have nothing to do with this company and they referred me back to yallo@protect. I've been spinning in this mysterious circle for 7 months. I benn told that they are very sorry and that this case will have highest priority. And as is usual with them again and again no one contacts me. I've been lost with this problem for a few hours now, I don't talk about the emails I send and they always give me another email. After I sent emails to all addresses and contacted them again, no one answered me to this problem and telling me to send that email again. Well I assure them that they already have my emails but they cannot find it, and again telling me to send another email, and again this case have the high priority. Also they told me that their super manager would contact me... and as usual, no one called. Please all of you, if you don't want problems, read the reviews of the last ones, and 82% of the dissatisfied customers say that they are sick. They want money but that's all. About problems with invoices or another manner, I won't elaborate here. Please find another company, but not sunrise, it's the same sh.. (sorry for that word). Think berore you sign the contract with them
I finally got rid of them but they still convinced me to stay with Yallo zero so they keep their subscriber numbers up. I said ok, might be useful when parents come to visit, I pay 1.2 per dayBUT.. EVERY TIME there's a sim error or you put airplane mode on and off, even if you are constantly on wifi, they still charge you some 50kb of data so BAM! 1.2 CHF taken. I am gonna call them to cancel my bill and if they don't, I contact my legal insurance, I had enough of their scammy south east asian ways of doing things....
