Ordered some boots very surprised when they didn’t fit as they have always fit phoned customer service as I had no way of printing a label only for them to send the exact same way though the email so then went to the shop where the women who was working helped me process the refund I’m giving her 4 stars not customer service
Since find out Yours clothing existed over 10 years ago now and struggling with weight gain after kids.I have spent thousands with them, clothes are comfortable, price is great.Something yours needs to do is put bigger girls in styles as sometime and a lot lately - I have bought by looking at a photo that is of someone that doesn’t or isn’t as curvy as myself and this then makes me feel very insecure
