Moved house from Kent to Lancashire after 8 months had to reinstall my Wi-Fi 7-1 professional sensor Model:: Youshiko YC9471.All the sensors came alive but couldn't connect to wi fi and hence Weathercloud.Contacted Youshiko by email who came back to me straight away and told me how to reset.Unfortunately this didn't work for me so l texted Youshiko again and they quickly replied back to me to send them my mobile number and they would get back to me.Within 10 minutes Youshiko were on the phone to me with professional,patience and astuteness instructing me how to connect wi fi and weathercloud via my weather station.After a good 10 miniutes or so connection was made and my weather station was finally synced to wi fi and weathercloud.This was first class business protocol in which a company should be run not like you get in today's mayhem of unhelpful organizations.I would strongly recommend Youshiko to go to.10 out of 10.I am extremely happy what a great service Youshiko.
I received the radio clock with a remote sensor and unfortunately the sensor would not connect. I contacted the customer service and they talked me through the set up procedure and when it still didn't work the sent a replacement sensor (which connected immediately). Fantastic customer service, I would highly recommend.
I could not get my station to link to our wifi, down to my not reading the manual correctly. Emailed the customer services dept and John talked me through the process. I can now see where I went wrong and will not make that mistake again.Many thanksPaul
A terrific, well set out indoor console that suited what I was looking for. The weather station arrived promptly and I was able to carry initial setting-up. I had real trouble linking to myWI-FI so e-mailed the company and received a reply within minutes. I was asked to let them have my phone number and a suitable time for them to phone me. This happened and I was talked through the procedure to complete the set-up. What a service, many other companies could well take a leaf from their book!!
Had my weather centre for some years and it developed an er3 code. I couldnt find anything on the internet to help resolve the issue, so contacted customer support. I received a response within 24 hours explaining what might resolve the issue and thankfully, it worked. Cant fault the after sales service. Thank you.
