Great service!I bought my wife a weather station for Xmas from Amazon. Unfortunately the indoor sensors wouldn’t work. I emailed youshiko and had a response straight away with helpful instructions. Unfortunately the device wouldn’t play ball, so I sent it back to them, whereupon it was fixed and returned all within 4 days. All is now good, thanks youshiko!
I couldn’t get my new YC9471 connected to the console and submitted a contact requested via Youshiko.co.uk website. I provided my phone number in case they were able to phone. I was called within a few minutes and a very patient person talked me through steps until everything was working perfectly. Excellent t service, thank you.
The projection clock/weather station was not displaying the correct day of the week. At the suggestion of Amazon, from whom I had brought the unit, I contacted Customer Services at Youshiko. They responed very quickly, and within 14 hours of my inital e-mail, they had resolved the problem for me. Delighted with the service.
After having my weather station for several years the sensor wasn’t working properly. I contacted the company to buy a new sensor. After several days, it hadn’t arrived, so I contacted them again. They replied within an hour, apologised and said that it must have got lost in the post and they would send another. This arrived within a few days. I can’t praise the company enough for their quick responses and resolving the issue. The service was excellent.
I could not work out how to connect my new YC9471 weather station to my wi-fi network - (just an age thing you understand). I sent an email request for help to customer services who immediately replied suggesting I give them a contact number. They rang me a couple of hours later and took me through the installation procedure until they were sure that everything was working correctly. Marvellous - and the weather station is very impressive as well!
Just wanted to post some positive feedback for Youshiko Customer Service. I bought one of their weather stations 5 years ago. Earlier this week it developed a small but odd problem, in essence it thought it was a US variant instead of the UK one it had been for 5 years. I couldn't fix it myself so reached out to Youshiko UK. To my delight and surprise they came back to me in less than an hour with instructions on something to try and lo and behold it worked at the first attempt. Given the age of the unit I really wasn't expecting them to be very helpful at all so they really exceeded my expectations, hence coming here to record that.
