had a problem with my yc 9470 not displaying wind direction...emailed and had a response within a few hrs.sent me full step by step instructions to do a full reset whilst replacing sensor batteries...now up and running again...super customer service many thanks.

Replacement of AC/DC adaptor

Fantastic speedy service for replacement mains adaptor after many years use the wire had frayed. Could have purchased a cloned adaptor on web . but after sending the company a photo of the model they despatched a replacement one immediately. Thank you. The sun is now shining.
