Just taken delivery of my Youshiko Pro Weather Station. Superbly packaged and clearly high quality. The indtruction manual is very clear and informative but I still had a query so e mailed the Youshiko Team. I received very helpful advice within a few hours. What superb service! My Weather Station is now up and running and is truly superb!
I made an enquiry about some replacement parts for my weather station. Customer services were really helpful and found the parts were in stock. I placed my order which was very efficiently dealt with and I received the parts with in two days of ordering brilliant. Thank you to all concerned.
I am totally confused reading five star reviews for customer service. I have been in contact by email regarding my outdoor sensor not working . The replies appear to be auto generated and not helpful. My unit was purchased on the 16 th July via Amazon. My outdoor sensor has stopped working. I have been told that I can return the sensor but if it has been affected by rain the warranty will be void. Seriously it is an outside sensor, it rains, it can get damp as well. I have it in a sheltered wall beside another youshiko sensor which is working perfectly well. It seems to me that if I send it back to youshiko as they have suggested they will test it and if damaged by water they will not replace it. That to me is extremely poor customer support.
