Excellent customer service

Excellent customer service. I had a problem with a closed street and they have refunded my reservation money. I was able to park in another of their car parks before and the app works great.

Additional creditcard charge without any notice / explanation

We booked a parking place at Rue Palloy Clichy / Paris mid July 2024 for a reasonable price of €41,- for 3 days / 72 hours. All good, at first…However, an additional €17,- was charged from my creditcard afterwards without any notice / explanation. We arrived 45 minutes before the reserved time, but stayed within the 72 hour interval / booking. No explanation there…I firmly request Zenpark to refund the €17,- as soon as possible.

TERRIBLE experience with this company

TERRIBLE experience with this company, our car was locked inside an underground car park in Paris with no way to get it out. No help was provided, just an email the next day saying our reservation had been cancelled (after leaving home) without any prior notice. We spent hours waiting outside the car park begging residents to help us get the car out. We will never use this company again. Appalling.
