Update: First of all, the nightstand chargers finally arrived and they are everything I hoped they would be. They have a heavy, solid, stable base and they look and feel very well made. Very satisfied with the chargers so far.As for the shipping fiasco, FedEx sucks. The information I was given was, at best, inaccurate or misleading. FedEx told me on two different calls that the delay was due to missing or incomplete information. Zens ships internationally all the time and the paperwork was indeed complete. I'm honestly embarrassed that I ever doubted Zens service. I apologize for the negative review, but more than that, FedEx owes Zens an apology for attempting to blame Zens for the shipping delay.(In my defense, the shipment sat at FedEx at CDG Airport in Paris from 7/27 - 8/5. That does seem a little excessive even if it is summer and people are on vacation and the Olympics are taking place. FedEx, if you're listening, if packages are delayed because of a backlog and a lack of staffing, don't ever blame the workers. Go orange.The item I purchased has been held by FedEx at CDG airport in Paris because of missing information. FedEx has made multiple attempts to contact Zens for the necessary information but Zens has yet to respond. Consequently, my package which was supposed to be delivered to me (in Oregon, US) by today is still being held at CDG airport in Paris and FedEx still has yet to hear from Zens.
