I appreciated the fast response whenever I had queries on email. The ordering was easy, and delivery was relatively fast.The only thing I was concerned about was when I received the package, the product box was not sealed, so I had a fleeting thought that maybe I was sent a display unit. Maybe you should look into this, because here in Singapore, most products are carefully packaged and sealed for consumer protection.
This is my first time using a wireless charging device. I expected it to be the same as using a cord for charging. I emailed customer service and received a quick response, which detailed how wireless charging works. I was offered advice on how to speed up the charging time as well as an offer to write back if I was still unsure how to properly use the charging station. Follow up help after purchasing a product is very important to me and Zens definitely checked that box!
