Zens have customer support in line with the best in europe, a wide range of chargers, me personally have filled all my closest family members homes with zens modular series.Fun fact did you know they are part of making Qi charging standards better and safer?

Top customer service & support

The first shipment arrived quick and was packed very professional. The latest iphones ( iphone 15) did not recharge easy because the hard to connect loading spot. I called HQ and Joost took my remarks very serious. Within a click a new pack was received and no discussion about costs. They did some testing before an kept me in tune constantly about the results and gave advice about what type of charger would fit. At the end of the day the charger and the ordered iwatch plug are very satisfactory and in full use. They even compensated the inconvenience. So to me Zens is ok and the communication feels like top customer support. Did not see such an attitude often in this arena.

The charger just doesn’t work

The charger just doesn’t work, very inconvenient bad charging. I have requested a refund for my order 921210671They also only give a 14 day window to return the charger and return shipments is at your own expense. There is a lot of advertising on their website of a three year warranty so since the charger simply doesn’t work as it should I believe they should be covering all return costs.

Misleading product information

The product information provided in the e-shop is incomplete & misleading.The charger ZESC18W/00 is described as "Suited for: MagSafe & Qi2 compatible devices". However this charger does not support Qi2, nor 15W charing for iPhones. This charger only provides slow 7.5W wireless charing for Apple iPhones -- this information is not provided in the e-shop and only available on the product packaging! Quite misleading.Also, the e-shop does not respond to return requests submitted via their form on web site. No return instructions provided.
