I ordered a series of chargers which have not been delivered. It took Zens longer than stated to ship. Since then the items have been in a delayed status, with the courier saying the issue is with Zens.Whilst I appreciate shipping challenges in Nov and Dec, I’ve had no response from Zens. I’ve tried help tickets, online customer service, and multiple emails to no avail. I’ve opened a fraud case with my bank. Avoid.
Its now December and I haven't been reimbursed for returning a faulty product like the company promised. When I contacted its would fall on deaf ears and they have not been back in touch. I have given up on trying to get my money back but advise everyone to avoid this company and to me its unethical to promise something and then blankly ignore or avoid a customer.
