Review Time
This is not the first time I have had an awful Customer Experience with ZOPA.The latest is as we speak.Their Live Chat is nothing sort of awful. Not only are there gaps of 5 mins plus without a reply the Chat will then connect to a New Agent and you repeat the whole process of waiting and repeating what you have said.I am waiting for a £40 Refund that should have arrived last week.They claim they have sent the money without providing any evidence but yet the burden of proof was set upon me to show I have not received the Refund.After providing proof of my latest Transactions and clearly no £40 Credit showing as arrived. They have now said I need to provide a Bank Statement as well for the WHOLE MONTH.Not only have I wasted time and effort on this matter and provided them with proof and yet they have not shown the same courtesy in reply. You are made to feel like you are a LIAR.*** STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY, ESPECIALLY IF YOU VALUE A GOOD CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE***
