I had a great experience with this company, loan was easy and cheap interest rate (at the time), their app is really good and provides all the loan information etc and you can request instant settlement quotes to pay off early. Communication was also excellent through the term of the loan. I would highly recommend this company. A+++
Everything is generally good with zopa except that the time given to authorise a transaction on the app is too short, given you have to look up a code on a text and then type it in. I was timed out twice on a transaction today.
It's the best bank I've ever joined to date. I have a "biscuit" account, a savings account, a credit card and have just received a well needed loan. Rates offered are very competitive and usually better than the others. My experiences with zopa are all positive. I appreciate the ease of setting up the accounts and managing my finances. Processes are quick, straightforward, with quick responses throughout. The staff their are helpful and friendly.
